Charlie “CB13” Bostwick Named 2024 NBA 2K League MVP

SAN FRANCISCO – Warriors Gaming Squad point guard Charlie “CB13” Bostwick was named the 2024 NBA 2K League Most Valuable Player, the league announced today. Bostwick is the first player from Warriors Gaming Squad to win league MVP honors. Teammates Nidal “Mama Im Dat Man” Nasser (Blazer5 Gaming, 2019) and Kenneth “Kenny Got Work” Hailey (Raptors Uprising GC, 2020) were previously named NBA 2K League MVP with their former teams.
Bostwick averaged 22.8 points and shot 60.4% from the three-point line over 25 games (all starts) in 5v5 games, leading the team to a league-best 22-3 record during the 2024 season. The guard was also named MVP of THE TIPOFF and THE TURN tournaments this season, allowing the Warriors to become the first franchise in league history to complete the 5v5 BANNER CHAIN.
“Charlie has had a historic season and a remarkable career as our point guard and team captain,” said Warriors Gaming Squad General Manager Rustin Lee. “He is at the helm of Warriors Gaming Squad’s year-over-year success in the 2K League, and I’m very proud to see him get the recognition he absolutely deserves.”
A native of Broad Channel, New York, Bostwick was selected 10th overall by the team in the 2019 NBA 2K League Draft and has played on the team for six seasons. Last season, he helped the Warriors Gaming Squad achieve the franchise’s first 2K League Championship, averaging 20 points and 6 assists during the finals. While competing full-time with the team, Bostwick simultaneously pursued his higher education and graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business this spring.
Warriors Gaming Squad will begin bracket play for the 2024 NBA 2K League Playoffs tomorrow, June 27, at 3:15 p.m. (PST) in Washington D.C.
