Warriors Gaming Squad Announces 2023 Season Schedule

PLAYA VISTA, Calif. – Warriors Gaming Squad (WGS), the NBA 2K League affiliate team of the Golden State Warriors, will tip off the 2023 season with in-person gameplay on Thursday, March 9, against Wizards District Gaming as part of THE SLAM 3v3 Tournament. WGS will tip off 5v5 gameplay on Tuesday, May 23, against Pistons GT as part of THE TIPOFF 5v5 Tournament. This year, Warriors Gaming Squad will reside in Washington D.C, the NBA 2K League’s host city. Throughout the season, games will be simulcast live on the NBA 2K League’s Twitch and YouTube channels.

Over the course of the eight-week season, each team is scheduled to play 28 total regular season 3v3 and 5v5 games. The four-week 3v3 season will include 16 regular season games, beginning with THE SLAM Tournament and concluding with THE SWITCH Tournament. The 5v5 season will include 12 regular season games, beginning with THE TIPOFF Tournament and ending with THE TURN Tournament. The 25 NBA 2K League teams are split into two conferences, the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference, with WGS as one of 12 teams in the Western Conference.
