Warriors Gaming Squad Completes Roster at 2021 NBA 2K League Draft

SAN FRANCISCO – Warriors Gaming Squad (WGS), the NBA 2K League affiliate team of the Golden State Warriors, selected Veron “Hezi” Coates (third overall), Antoine “III-Antoine-III” Featherstone (13th overall), Austin “Kayaus” Caterino (22nd overall) and Matt “Matty” Grant (30th overall) at tonight’s virtual 2021 NBA 2K League Draft.

Coates, Featherstone and Caterino are entering their rookie seasons and join Charlie “CB13” Bostwick and Samuel “Gradient” Salyers, who were retained by Warriors Gaming Squad after competing in the franchise’s first NBA 2K League Finals last season. Grant re-joins the team after appearing in 14 regular season games with WGS during the 2020 season.

Warriors Gaming acquired the third overall pick via a trade with Gen.G that sent fourth-year guard Alex “Bsmoove” Reese to the Tigers. During three seasons with WGS, Reese helped lead the team to their first-ever NBA 2K League Finals appearance in 2020 and was named to the 2019 All NBA 2K League Second Team and earned MVP of THE TICKET tournament.

Founded in 2018, Warriors Gaming Squad is the NBA 2K League affiliate of the Golden State Warriors.
